Returns Policy
We are happy to refund or exchange (subject to stock availability) any item sent back to us within 14 days of purchase.
Goods must be returned back to us, unused and in the same condition as sold, with all labels and tags still intact. The original receipt must be included in the return parcel also.
Please drop us an email to let us know your return is on it's way back to us, including the reason for return.
We recommend you request proof of postage and keep your receipt until the return has been processed. We regret we cannot be responsible for parcels going missing on the journey back to us.
Upon receipt of your return, we will send you an email to notify you we are processing your request.
Refunds will be credited back to your account (excluding original postage) within 10 working days from you receiving the confirmation email from us.
